What is a hinge
Hinges, also known as door hinges, hinge hinges, are commonly used as door parts, and are mechanical equipment that can connect two solid states and allow relative rotation between them. There are many types of door hinges, which can be divided into stainless steel plate hinges, iron hinges, copper hinges, etc. according to the material, and can be divided into door hinges, cabinet door hinges, car door hinges, etc. according to application scenarios. As a hardware accessory, we must find out its model specifications and specifications before buying a hinge hinge, so that the purchased hinge can be easily used.
The door hinge is a mechanical device used to connect two solid and allow relative rotation between each other. It is composed of movable parts or foldable raw materials.
The basic principle of hinge structure
1. Driving force: When the hinge is opened, the torsion spring embedded in the rear axle of the hinge is distorted and deformed to cause the reaction force to close.
2. Hydraulic press: A small and medium hydraulic cylinder is embedded in the rear axle of the hinge, and the piston rod brought to the small round hole for oil rolls back and forth along the wall of the hydraulic cylinder to cause obstruction, that is, cache.
3. Cache: When closing the closed page, the working pressure caused by the distortion of the torsion spring drives the gear oil in the hydraulic cylinder to pass through the small round hole of the piston rod. Due to the small diameter of the oil inlet, the oil flow speed is slow and the torsion spring is blocked. Close the door quickly, i.e. cache.
