How to use the hinge
Different types of hinges have different installation methods. Below, I will briefly introduce the installation method of cabinet door hinges in detail.
The first step: prepare special tools in advance
Prepare professional special installation tools before installation, such as meter ruler/level for accurate measurement, carpenter’s signature pen for precise positioning of lines, woodworking hole saw/pistol drill for hole opening, screwdriver for fixed use, etc.
Step 2: Scribe for precise positioning
First, use the installation accurate measuring board or the carpenter’s signature pen to draw the line for precise positioning (the hole height is generally 5mm), and then use the pistol drill or woodworking hole opener to make a 35mm hinge cup installation hole on the door panel, and the depth of the hole is generally 12mm.
Step 3: Fix the hinge cup (door hinge product)
Put the door hinge into the hinge cup hole on the door panel and fix the hinge cup with self-tapping screws.
Step 4: Fix the base
After the door hinge is placed in the door plate cup hole, the door hinge is opened, and then inserted and aligned with the baffle plate at both ends, and the base is fixed with self-tapping screws.
Step 5: Adjust the actual effect
In the next step, open and close the cabinet door to check the actual effect.
