1. Before installation, first accurately measure the size of the cabinet door, and then determine the minimum margin between the installation cabinet doors.
2. Learn the value of the hinge from the hinge installation manual, then use the installation measuring board or woodworking pencil to mark the positioning, and then use a pistol drill or a hole opener to make installation holes with a width of about 3 to 5 mm on the cabinet door panel and door frame. . (The depth of the drilling is generally about 12mm)
3. Align one side of the hinge with the installation hole of the cabinet door, install the screw with a screwdriver, and fix it well to prevent the screw from loosening or falling off. Open the hinges, fit into the aligned side panels, and secure the base with a screwdriver.
4. After the hinges are installed, if you feel that the hinges are installed asymmetrically and the effect is not ideal, you can still adjust them. Most of the cabinet door hinges can be adjusted in six directions. The gap between the installed cabinet doors is generally about 2mm.
